Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef , or ground turkey or ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger , grated
  • 1 14-ounce bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions , sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and black pepper , to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground meat and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix and cook 4–5 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar; stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper; cook 1–2 more minutes.
  7. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
